The objective was to understand the app Google Maps, identify opportunities for improvement and work on the same. The problem area I targeted, as shown later, was Cultural Exploration in Google Maps, with help of data from Google Arts and Culture.
The approach included- User Journey Mapping, Defining Problem Statement, Primary and Secondary Research, User Flows, Low-Fid Wireframes, High-Fid Screens and Prototyping.
